Align photos >Build Dens cloud >Clean model (change view mode to dens point cloud, freeform selection)>Build Mesh > Build Texture

Zbrush

1.Fill hole

2.ZRemesh

3.Smoothing tool

4.New UVmap

5.Adjust axis and resize.

Import to Mixamo

Back to PhotoScan

Remove green color in Photoshop

Image-Adjust-Replace Color

Rebuilt in Photoshcan

Put skeletal mesh and animation into Unreal, and added the physics environment(Generate overlap events)

About the UV mesh, the right way to draw it is following the real path on the skin in 3D space

About filling the whole, the advanced way to edit the whole is called “dynamesh” in Zbrush.
